Rat Multiple Tissue Panel WB

Zyagen offers the largest selection of premade Western blots of rat tissues to fit the specific need of scientists from different research fields. Total proteins are freshly extracted and subjected to rigorous quality control procedures before use. About 75ug of each sample is boiled in SDS sample buffer, fractionated though 12.5% SDS-denatured large polyacralamide gel electrophoresis (SDS PAGE), and blotted onto PVDF membranes.  Blots are shipped in a sealed bags at room temperature and are good for one year if properly stored at 4^oC in a sealed bag with desiccant.
