Mouse Embryonic Tissue cDNA.
Zaygen offer full-length first strand cDNA of many embryonic organs (tissues) harvested from embryos at different stages of development. The ready-to-use cDNA is synthesized from high quality RNA extracted from wide variety of embryonic tissues at developmental stages. Embryonic tissues are collected from frozen embryo sections mounted on slides by scraping each tissue by fine forceps or needles under dissecting microscope. Total RNA is then extracted using a modified guanidine thiocyanate-phenol/chloroform method, treated with RNase-free DNase to remove residual DNA and subjected for cDNA synthesis. The cDNA is primed with oligo dT primer using reverse transcriptase enable full length cDNA synthesis and is ideal for gene discovery and expression analysis applications. As quality control test, each cDNA sample is tested by PCR amplification of beta-actin. Each product is shipped in 1.5 ml tube and is enough for 30 PCR reactions.
