Zyagen offers high quality paraffin sections of wide variety of beagle dog tissues which are freshly harvested by veterinarian during surgery or from animals donated for scientific research with owner consent. Tissues are fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin, embedded in paraffin, sectioned at a thickness of 5-7microns and mounted on positively charged slides or slides treated for adhesion (2-4 sections per slide).
Paraffin tissue sections are prepared in RNase- and protease-free environment and are ideal for immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization.
